To play squash at the top collegiate level requires players to have strong technical, tactical, mental, and physical skills. We will teach campers how to better execute different shots by practicing optimal footwork and technique for different areas of the court. Through open drills and conditioned games we will help players learn to make good tactical decisions and build winning strategies. The camp will also cover topics around mental performance to help players understand how to prepare for matches, re-focus during them, and techniques we can use before and during matches to help our state of mind. Players will have a chance to put this into play through camp competition. Lastly, we'll show players a variety of ways to work on their speed, strength, agility, and endurance to become a stronger, more well rounded athlete on court.

Co-coached with Peter Creed, former PSA #50 and our lead coach at Open Squash.

“

Our sons described it (Mike Way Camp) as one of the most important experiences in their squash development. We were very impressed and could not have asked for a more formative camp experience for our boys. The camp is a must on a summer calendar.
