Peter Nicol swears by these resistance bands and we’ll be hanging them from the outside wall of court 4. They will be an integral part of many of our training classes.
TRS is resistance/suspension training and it’s become a mainstay at gyms all over. It’s a super effective way to work your whole body, build strength, and get your heart beating, using just your own bodyweight. Is this for you?
