Welcome Cory and HRC members!

We are sad to hear that HRC is closing their downtown location. They have always had a vibrant community, and we live to see new courts being built, not courts closing down.

But, it makes us really happy to be able to open our doors and invite them in. So, please welcome the HRC squash pro of 20 years, Cory Azriliant, who is joining Manhattan Squash effective immediately. Cory will be assisting John in running the adult squash program, teaching lessons in the early morning, evenings and weekends, and running clinics and round robins when group activities are allowed. Cory has been an integral part of our local squash community for over twenty years now, and we are thrilled that he is joining us at Manhattan Squash.

Juniors! New Intro to Squash program with Nicol Squash

We’re all about getting new people to try squash and our partners Nicol Squash are offering a special introduction to squash for juniors (that’s anyone who hasn’t graduated high school) starting August 17th through Labor Day. If you have a junior who’d like to give squash a try and you’re in town, check it out. Here’s some details:

  • Socially distanced: everyone’s wearing masks, maximum of two kids + instructor on court.
  • 2 – 4pm weekdays
  • $125/day or $500 for a full week

Whether you are interested in taking a lesson with Cory or getting your child started with squash, reach out to Cleve@TheSquashCenter.org and he’ll help make it happen.

We continue to try to keep it tight and deep and avoid boasting whenever possible.
