Coaching that meets your Squasher where they are — from first time to national tournaments. Play once or twice a week, in a group matched to age and level, with need-based financial aid available on every place.
The teams
A team for every level
Coaches organise groups within every session by age and level, so a beginner and a returning player in the same class both get the right work. Play once a week or twice — any two classes make a twice-weekly schedule. Pick an age below to see where they’d likely start.
Mini Green
Ages 5–6
A first racquet. Games, movement and a lot of laughing, with a coach who teaches the very youngest every week. Nobody needs to have hit a ball before.

Fall started Saturday 12 September; weekday classes run from the week of 14 September. Thanksgiving and tournament weekends are off.

Tuition is the number of classes on that day this term × your team's per-class rate. Siblings get 20% off the second child's registration.
Dedicated Groups train as a fixed pair twice a week — Mon + Wed at Bryant Park or Tue + Thu at FiDi — for seriously competing players, alongside one tournament and one Match-Play Saturday a month.
Junior membership is included for players enrolled twice a week (ages 10+): court booking all season plus member lesson pricing.
The first Saturday falls on Rosh Hashanah weekend (Sep 11–13) — families observing the holiday will have that class credited; just let us know.
No classes: Thanksgiving Thu–Fri (Nov 26–27) · FiDi Sep 18–20 & Dec 5 (tournament weekends) · winter break Dec 20 – Jan 8.
Match-Play Saturdays: Green 12:45pm at Bryant Park · Blue 2:00pm at FiDi · Red 3:00pm at FiDi — $25 drop-in, two matches guaranteed or Open Squash credit.
Fitness: Tuesdays 4:30pm at FiDi with Adel · Fridays 4:30pm at Bryant Park with Thaisa — drop-in, all teams.
Your registration confirmation shows your exact class count and price before anything is billed.
Our refund promise: injury or inability to play means we refund the unused portion, on any purchase. Otherwise unused tuition becomes Open Squash credit once the season starts.

Tournament coaching
Already playing tournaments? Take your coach with you. An Open Squash coach is courtside for every one of your player’s matches at the events below — warm-up, a game plan before, and a proper debrief after — so a tournament weekend becomes part of the training, not a break from it.

Per player, per tournament, paid the way lessons are — to the card on your Open Squash account, after the event. Sign up at least four days before the event starts. Coaches stay for every match; if two of our players clash, the higher-seeded match takes priority and the other family gets a partial refund. Travel for out-of-town events is shared evenly between the families who go.

Summer camp
Back next summer
Full days of squash, fitness, games and not much sitting still, at both facilities, for ages 6 and up — every level, racquets provided. This summer’s camps are done; next summer’s dates and registration go up here in the spring.

A few questions about your player, so we put them in the right group. The Academy team comes back to you personally — usually within a day or two. Returning families don’t need this: your place is reserved and your personalised link arrives by email.
