Rating 2.0+ · both facilities

Women’s Beginner

Begin your squash journey and start to understand the fundamentals of the game: how to move, the correct swing, serve and return, and more. Women only.

Rating 2.5+ · Bryant Park

Women’s Progression

As you progress, basic patterns, drills and shot combinations are introduced. We look at consistency and the ability to build a rally. Women only.

Rating 2.5–3.5 · FiDi · with Ciara Richards

“Queen of the Court”

A low-intermediate clinic led by former professional player and Welsh junior champion Ciara Richards: technique, movement, tactical play and fitness through a curated mix of drills, games and conditioning, designed for female players.

All levels · both facilities

Women’s Round Robin

A 90-minute women-only social round robin: a warm-up, then individual games against every player, with a coach on hand to help you structure a rally and win points. Afterwards there is food, drinks and socialising — the easiest way to meet the women’s community.

A rating is a US Squash number that says how you play; if you do not have one yet, start with the free intro clinic or the beginner class and we will place you. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the start of a session.
