Group Classes

A great clinic to find your limit, and then find a little more! Routines, conditioned games and an element of feeding, to see if you can deal with the pressure of a match and still produce great quality squash. Come along and give it a try! Rating of 3.5+ required to attend class. If you do not meet the rating requirements, you may be removed from the class.

Challenge Clinics will give you a more strategic, match play session, allowing you to practice what you have learnt in real time. Rating of 3.5+ required to attend class. If you do not meet the rating requirements, you may be removed from the class.

A 90-minute session, starting with warm up games and some practice routines, then moving on to regular games. A coach will be present to offer advice, and make you think about how to structure a rally, win points and become a better player. This is an excellent way to meet the community and connect with other players in the club.
