Mobility, cardio and strength to ensure you are fit to play squash and not just playing squash to get fit. These sessions will help prevent injuries and make sure you can play squash for longer, while staying healthy.

A 90-minute session, starting with warm up games and some practice routines, then moving on to regular games. A coach will be present to offer advice, and make you think about how to structure a rally, win points and become a better player. This is an excellent way to meet the community and connect with other players in the club.

A coach will be present to offer advice, and make you think about how to structure a rally, win points and become a better player. This is an excellent way to meet the women's community and connect with other players of all ages, abilities and levels. After the Round Robin, there is food, drinks, and socializing!

Our coach will supervise matches, provide post-match analysis, and record scores in Club Locker for US Squash ratings. After completing their match, players will referee the next game. We will reach out with the time of their match. Please confirm participation by Friday at 5pm; cancellations or no-shows after this deadline will be charged for Junior Match Play.
