As you progress, basic patterns, drills and shot combinations will be introduced. We will look at consistency and the ability to build a rally. Rating of 2.5+ required to attend class. If you do not meet the rating requirements, you may be removed from the class.

Challenge Clinics will give you a more strategic, match play session, allowing you to practice what you have learnt in real time. Rating of 2.5+ required to attend class. If you do not meet the rating requirements, you may be removed from the class.

A great clinic to find your limit, and then find a little more! Routines, conditioned games and an element of feeding, to see if you can deal with the pressure of a match and still produce great quality squash. Come along and give it a try! Refine your squash skills at Open Squash's exclusive women’s clinic, Queen of the Court! This low-intermediate level clinic (2.5-3.5) will be led by former professional player and Welsh junior champion, Ciara Richards. This clinic will focus on enhancing technique, movement, tactical play, and fitness through a curated mix of drills, games, and conditioning routines—all designed specifically for female players. Rating of 2.5+ required to attend class. If you do not meet the rating requirements, you may be removed from the class.

These clinics are designed to put you under extreme pressure, and see if you still have that extra gear. There’s nothing more satisfying than a hard pressure feed, and coming out the other side fully drenched in sweat. These sessions will have an element of closed routines, opening up all the way to normal points, full court action. Rating of 4.5+ required to attend class. If you do not meet the rating requirements, you may be removed from the class.

A great session to learn the correct movements without the stress of hitting a ball. As you begin to move more fluidly, we will introduce hitting, timing and the sync of your movements to the ball strike.
