How it works
Bryant Park or FiDi, whichever is easier. Intro clinics run every week at both; the next ones are listed below.
The clinic is on each facility’s booking site. Enter the code at checkout and the price drops to zero. Booking takes a minute the first time — a name and an email — and your spot is held.
Clean, non-marking indoor shoes and something to run in. We hand you a racquet and goggles at the front desk.
45 minutes with a coach and other first-timers: how to hold it, how to hit it, how the walls work, and a rally by the end. Then a court is yours to try it.
After the first one
Most people come back for a weekly beginner clinic — small groups, a coach, drills and games, court time and balls always included. Members pay less on every clinic and lesson, and a two-week trial membership at FiDi comes with three clinics and unlimited court time.
Questions before you book? Ask us — a real person replies by email. Intro clinics are for adults and teens new to the game. Children start in the Junior Academy, which has its own getting-started page.
